Ha Noi People’s Committee on March 11 granted a lisence for a new luxury hotel project worth 250 million USD. Under the lisence, CRD Pte Company of Riviera Group and CSK Finance of Japan, will set up the Hoa Sen Hotel Ltd. Co, the five-star hotel complex in Ha Noi’s Tu Liem outlying district.
The complex will include a 15-storey building with 769 hotel rooms, restaurants, sports and recreation areas and a trading centre.
The construction work will start in June and the hotel is expected to be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2010.
